Pick a pack. We’ll build it.

Every pack below is assembled here in the shop from the same meat in our case — cut, wrapped and labeled for the freezer. Call us with the pack you want and a pickup day, and we’ll have it ready. Prices change with the market, so give us a call for current pricing.

How soon can I pick up a meat pack?

Is everything frozen?
Packs are cut, wrapped and packaged for the freezer. The Mini Front Quarter is frozen and individually wrapped.
Can I swap items in a pack?
Ask when you call – tell us what your family eats and we’ll let you know what we can do.
